Jolene Fleming and Kristi Wisniewski are Managing Partners of Maelynn
Group, a financial advisory and consulting firm that supports
growth-minded service-based businesses with strategic financial
leadership. Together, they bring more than two decades of experience
spanning accounting, bookkeeping, business operations, and financial
strategy.
At Maelynn Group, Jolene and Kristi work alongside founders as
strategic partners, helping them move beyond compliance and into
clarity. Their work centers on profitability, cash flow, systems, and
decision-making, giving business owners the financial insight needed
to scale intentionally and sustainably. From stabilizing financial
operations to guiding long-term planning, they help leadership teams
understand not just what the numbers say, but what to do next.
Known for their practical, no-fluff approach, Jolene and Kristi are
especially skilled at translating complex financial data into
actionable strategy. They meet business owners where they are and help
them build financial confidence without intimidation, jargon, or
unnecessary complexity.
Beyond client work, they are active educators and collaborators,
regularly speaking, teaching, and contributing to conversations around
financial literacy, leadership, and sustainable growth for small and
mid-sized businesses. Their shared mission is simple: empower founders
with the financial clarity and structure required to build businesses
that last.
Stacey Feldman is an operator who happens to be a CPA. As the COO and Partner at Full Send, she is the architect behind the firm’s internal engine, focused on building a tech-forward infrastructure that allows the team to deliver high-level financial & data strategy at scale.
Stacey’s specialty is the "un-glamorous" side of hyper-growth: the systems, automation, and workflows that prevent a company from breaking under its own weight. She honed this expertise as the first employee at PopSockets, where she navigated the journey from startup to a $300M global brand. Today, she applies those same operational principles to Full Send, ensuring the firm is built to handle the complexities of its VC-backed and high-growth clients.
When she’s not refining the firm’s internal OS, you’ll find her spending time with her family - preferably mountain biking or enjoying the outdoors.
Hannah Smolinski is a CPA and the founder of Clara CFO Group, a fractional CFO agency supporting growing services companies around the country with financial strategy. Hannah also hosts two YouTube channels with over 125,000 subscribers combined, where she explores accounting technology and shares financial tips for business success.
Kim Kelleher is co-founder and Luminary at Luma Accounting, a bookkeeping and accounting firm (no tax!) serving construction and trades businesses.
After beginning her career in systems consulting and HR at Accenture in New York City, Kim stepped away from corporate life to raise her four children. In 2010, what started as helping a friend with their books grew into a thriving solopreneur bookkeeping practice.
By 2018, Kim had reached capacity and began searching for team members. What became particularly compelling was the opportunity to bring on women looking to re-enter the workforce in part-time roles while raising families. That decision became the foundation of the flexible work environment that defines Luma Accounting today.
In 2023, Kim partnered with Heather Deibele to formally launch Luma Accounting, a fully remote firm with a team of 15 U.S.-based women working part-time. Luma’s mission is BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. for both clients and team members.
Kim is also the co-founder of Women+Workplaces, an online community launched in 2025 that connects women seeking flexible work with organizations committed to building flexible workplaces. Through both Luma and Women+Workplaces, Kim is able to pursue her passion for creating career paths that allow talented women to stay engaged in meaningful work while navigating the seasons of life.

What is WAVE Seattle? We created this "pro-ference" to bring women with big ideas and dreams together. Some may say the accounting and finance industry is boring/aging out/antiquated. We say it just needs a rebrand. And we're ready for it.
WAVE stands for Women in Accounting (& Finance) Visionaries and Entrepreneurs
Our event will be filled with women who are ambitious, driven, and planning for what's next in their unique roles, career paths, and businesses. We're looking for what's next and how to get there. And together, we can make it happen.
The vision for this event came from Erin Pohan of Upkeeping LLC who was inspired from various industry conferences hosted in other parts of the United States. Wanting a community of women who "get it" without having to hop on a Zoom call or 3+ hour flight ignited the idea to gather the women here in Seattle. What started as a vision from one woman has developed into a collage of ideas from a team of awesome volunteers working to make this an unforgettable day.
